Real Madrid vs Paris Saint German

Neymar was disappointed after his team finished with a defeat against Real Madrid.

The Ligue 1 leading team broke the deadlock in the first leg of the last-16 tie through Adrien Rabiot, and creating some early pressure for last season’s competition winners.

But in the second half Madrid battled back and went into the break level at its home ground after Cristiano Ronaldo scored a penalty awarded for a foul on Toni Kroos.

Cristiano Ronaldo scored twice and Marcelo got the last one as Real Madrid came from a goal down to take a 3-1 lead over PSG in the first leg of their Champions League clash at their Home ground.

Zidane’s substitutions made positive impacts. Taking off Casemiro was a risk, but replacing him with Lucas Vazquez gave Madrid more width and opened up space across the pitch. Gareth Bale was more active than Karim Benzema, and Marco Asensio performed the best of all and was the man of the match, setting up two goals after he replaced Isco.

After the referee called full time the man most focused was Neymar – who didn’t have the best game of his career – as he made his way off the pitch and went down the tunnel without shaking hands with neither his team-mates nor the Real Madrid players. Fans noticed and tweeted this as ‘unsportsmanlike’ behavior.
