The Blues v/s The Eagles, Both teams desperate for a win.
The Blues would be facing hapless Crystal Palace on March 10 at the Stamford Bridge in English Premier League (EPL). Chelsea has lost their form and would have to regain if they want to stay in the top four race. Antonio Conte’s boys have lost against Manchester United and Manchester City back to back. Crystal Palace will be playing to get out of the relegation zone as they are only one point away of Southampton and if they win against Chelsea they would be one point clear and would push Southampton into the zone.
Chelsea is five points away from the fourth-placed Tottenham Hotspur. If they win against Crystal Palace they would close themselves to the fourth place. Antonio Conte would introduce Giroud into the starting lineup. Antonio Conte would be without David Luiz, Ethan Ampadu, and Ross Barkley all of them out the because of knee injuries. Tiemoue Bakayoko would be back into the squad as he has recovered from his injury.
Roy Hodgson main cause of concern is their form. Crystal Palace won their last match six matches ago and if this form continues they could hardly make it out of relegation zone. Wilfried Zaha and Mamadou Sakho might be out due to their injuries. Timothy Fosu is available again which is a good sign and he can make it to the starting XI.
Probable Chelsea Starting XI: Courtois; Azpilicueta, Christensen, Cahill; Moses, Kante, Fabregas, Alonso; Willian, Giroud, Hazard.
Probable Crystal Palace Starting XI: Hennessey; Van Aanholt, Tomkins, Kelly, Wan-Bissaka; McArthur, Milivojevic; Schlupp, Sorloth, Townsend; Benteke.
