Barcelona Beat Chelsea and qualify to Quater-Finals on an aggregate of 4-1.

Barcelona spends a long time stroking the ball around, it takes 90 seconds for a Chelsea player to have a touch and that honour goes to Antonio Rudiger, who slides in to stop Ousmane Dembele surging down the right.

At 3rd min, the ball comes to Messi on the right, 30 yards from the goal. He skips past the Hazard with ease and tries a one-two with Dembele.

The Frenchman’s lay-off bounces off the unfortunate Alonso and then it falls to Suarez in the area.

He through it to Messi, then Messi’s low right-footed finish through the legs of Courtois from the tight angle for a goal. What a start for the home start sides its 2-1 on agg.

Then after hazard wins a free kick in 5th min of the game, Willians curls the freekick towards Giroud at the near post. The ball comes to Barcelona players and he cleared away to Chelsea corner.

Barcelona enjoys a decent spell of possession for pretty much for the first time since Messi’s goal in the third min.

And then it happened, the second one for Barcelona, at 20th min. the ball falls to hazard on the edge of the area. His shot is blocked and the ball ends up on the halfway line with Fabregas.

Messi was able to nip the ball and run into the counter, Azpilicueta tried to stop him but Messi was so quick. All the defenders recognize the danger and moved towards Messi.

Messi was too clever for all of them and then played a stunning pass across the area to Dembele, who arrived on the scene unmarked.

The youngster takes a touch and strike past the Courtois to the far corner and now Barcelona secure another goal and its 3-1 on agg.

Worry for Chelsea because Barcelona hasn’t done too many things but Messi has done two brilliant things and Chelsea haven’t helped themselves with some generous defending.

Now Barcelona starting to dominate Chelsea, Iniesta swerving into the area and completely confounding Chelsea with a gorgeous backheel to Suarez, however Courtois able to block the shot.

Chelsea was still trying. Willian feeds a pass into Giroud’s feet 25 yard to the goal but Pique brings him down. That was an opportunity for Alonso or Willian.

At 45+1 min, Chelsea won a freekick, its was Alonso Strike who successfully bends over the wall but at last moment it misses the net by the inches of distance.

Second Half begins,

Chelsea has made such a strong start to this half. At 49th min, Fabregas and Giroud combine superbly on the edge of the Barcelona area and the ball makes its way to Alonso, who through again. However, pique is able to get back.

Alonso got down and Chelsea scream for a penalty but the referee refused. Giroud got booked for protesting.

Barcelona made a change at 56th min, Paulinho replaced with Iniesta, who hands the captain’s armband to Lionel Messi.

Hazards duddles down to the left and disappointingly shoot off target from the tight angle at 61st min.

At 64th min, Another goal for Barcelona and again Messi!!.

Suarez is left in a pocket, who is far too much and have space to sprint towards the Chelsea box, where he knocks the ball over to Messi.

The Argentine charges into the penalty area and shoots his low footed strike through the leg of Courtois again.

Now its almost game over for Chelsea.

Chelsea struggle to break out of their own half of the pitch, Courtois had only one option to go long as he tries to pick out Giroud but kept offside.

Double substitution for Chelsea, Morrata comes in to replace Giroud.

At 77th min, a chance created for Chelsea when Hazard run over on the right flank, where he sprints into the penalty area and cuts a pass across the face of goal, it’s a good one but there was nobody at the other hand to meet it.

Pedro receives a standing ovation from the home fans as he came to replace Hazard.

Time ticking on, at 84th min, Rakitic takes his time with his set piece and eventually whips across over to Paulinho, but Courtois made a great save.

At end of the last min, a lovely cross from Fabregas sails right onto the head of Rudiger in the middle of the Hosts’ box. Ball beats Ter Stegen but it smashed the woodwork.

It’s almost over Referee added two minutes of extra time but it wasn’t enough for Chelsea.
